For this process, use whole cabbage leaves and the juice squeezed out of them. The most effective recipes:

  • Remove the leaves from the head of the cabbage, wash it, and make a few shallow cuts inside. Knock it off with a hammer and apply to the affected joint if the vein is thick. For efficiency, you can coat the leaves with honey and mustard powder (1 tsp each) from the inside. Close with foil and secure with a bandage and warm scarf.
